I would have preferred the scenario you wrote.. Right now its just not making sense to me.. Viaan ne test kiya, phir khush hua jab Katha ne mana kiya, ab gussa aur disgusted feel kar raha hai and still going ahead with it

It means same staff of previous night may be present to recognize Katha, with cctvs capturing her going upstairs lobby & entering his room and later mid night or wee hours Katha leaving alone from hotel with a bag, to showcase her in a bad light?

Guess build up to BIL/FIL humiliating Katha publicly is done this way for upcoming plot sequences, even if Katha or Vivaan are secretive about that dark night's deal.

@bold- agree!! Its coming across as very silly from Viaan's side. They should have given a bit of build up for this track. Viaan aur Katha mein thode aur scenes hone chahiye the. He should have been shown getting attracted/started liking her a bit. Tab when she asked for money his anger would have made some sense

arrey yaar, not at all silly. we are the land where people see each other in bus stands and fall in love without even speaking to each other. who knows why they do it but as audience we never find out because all we get is a great love song where they are dancing in some tourist spot. so even in the end of the movie, some of us are left wondering how was it romantic and how did they fall in love? however, if they fall in love while she is dancing in the rain, then it is obvious answer: weather. 🤣
