If she wants peaceful life then she shouldn't involve herself in virat family matters.
When virat said pakhi doesn't need her treatment, pulkit is there. Then why sai insisted on meeting pakhi? Shouldn't she immediately left the place the moment he said she was not needed instead of insisting him more only to get insults from him.
And how her priority is savi when she is switching jobs like clothes without caring about her income.
First she left hospital dream, secured life in Kankavali for virat's son, then left orphanage job because of virat, now left police station job for pakhi. There is no savi here.
Ignoring insults to lead peaceful life is different from acting like she didn't face humilation at all.
If she felt the humilation then she wouldn't have had any kind of hopes from virat.
Dream sequence did not show her want V back in her life and being with him. It concludes with her being bothered that even in the corner of her heart she may still have residual feelings for V.
but she is never gonna completely get over V. She gave him her all and she was devoted to him, she placed him on a pedestal and he broke her heart and trust. she is not shameless like V to marry another in no time and make fake promises to another person. She will always have some fond memories and the what ifs will linger and so will the love buried deep within her heart. but none of that means that she is actively hoping for him to be with her and have a family etc.
As a doctor I can relate to the feeling of wanting to check on her patient herself. When you take ownership of a patient, you want to follow through. I know when I have been on shifts in the ICU even if I have transferred care to another doctor, I will check the patients chart or stop by to see how they are doing even if they are no longer directly in my care. So imo, even when she was told Pullu was there, she wanted to just double check because in that moment P is her patient. And as doctor she feels obliged to personally check. V was direspectful but as a true professional Sai was focused on the patient. It wasnt about P and V, it was just her patient and her duty. Thats why she looks really shocked by his hypocrisy and attitude that after thanking her and calling her action as ehsaan now the man is insulting her at the doorstep. But she keeps the situation in mind- P is unwell, so she leaves without fuss.
She is not switching jobs like clothes because she wants to. She made certain calls emotionally against her wish. She did not want to take orphanage job once she knew CN connection but she allowed Vs story about orphan Vinu impact her emotionally and similarly she didnt want to do the police job due to V but allowed the girl who had same story as her-aabaa to emotionally affect her into taking those calls. And now she is regretting those emotional decisions since she knew her first instinct was correct.
I do wish that they had shown her resign AFTER she got another job though.
But Sai has been shown to be a person who places heart over head and is inherently impulsive. She has curbed that a lot but thats her innate personality. So for her quitting the job to have some more mental peace is paramount, she knows she will get another job.

She is merely ignoring things for peace. She has often called him out for taking liberties with her when she is NOT in his life anymore. She told him never to blackmail or threaten her or questio her about who is in her life/not. Her outburst in CN living room challenging him to tell Savi and then explain why he is with P shows her real emotions about his double standards. But she curbs those true emotions a lot.
She doesnt have hopes of reconciliation or love from V, but perhaps she had hopes of decency and courtesy- that he would atleast acknowledge that she has been right in her assessment of the situation and he was wrong to have crossed her and forced them all into that situation. She takes the onus on herself to do something because she knows he is hopeless.
As much as Sai wants to be unaffected by V and P, its not possible. She is too hard on herself. She has unrealistic expectations from herself that moving on means that she will be able to be happy for V and P, or be completely unaffected by them- but thats never gonna happen. When you have been hurt and betrayed to this extent it is impossible to act like nothing has happened. And when you have a child- a living breathing reminder 24x7 how will she forget the past altogether.
And burying all these feelings for years together with no outlet, not being able to share her feelings only makes it worse because she is like a pressure cooker now.
If she even had a friend - not like UM and pathetic JM but a genuine friend who knew everything and allowed her to vent- things would be a little different. She needs to be told that moving on does not mean being unaffected by things.
