I dont think its fair to term Sai as unprofessional, doormat, meddler etc.I am also not pleased to see her expecting V to stop her etc...it looks wrong. but its still not in a romantic space of pining for him etc. I think she was testing if he also blames her for the issues in his marital life and if he values her contribution to the work or not and she got her answer- he doesnt care. so good, that moves her closer to getting some respite from the V and P nautanki. It wasnt healthy for her to be around V at work anyway. So its good riddance.

The issue with Karishma- she reacted as she would have in case of any person she knew being with a strange man and getting a sense that they were potentially being harassed. She has no reason to believe that K is having an affair and her instinct is to help her when a man seems to be getting close to her against her will. K herself was telling the guy to not get too close in public space although her refusal was more out of fear of being caught rather than refusal because she felt harrassed.

Sai may see Mohit in future and find it tough to not converse because in the past, Mohit was kind enough to warn her about Shruti etc. But I feel like she will not deliberately go looking for a chance to interfere and take this on as her personal project.

She has made the choice to leave this job mainly for her own mental peace. And unfortunately for her, both the jobs she has taken up and left - have both been things she did NOT want to do due tot eh connections with V and Chanvaanis but got manipulated emotionally into taking them up. First V gave her some emotional stuff about children and orphan Vinu and then it was her memories of her dead father and that kid essentially telling her the same story almost- of father on the verge of retirement and having no one else and then this incident happening. So again this wasnt her dream job- she was manipulated into it.

Hopefully they will show her take up a job that she actually likes and something that is in no way connected to V or Chavannis so that she can finally fulfill her passion and make a living.

Pakrat filled episodes getting less trp compared to sai or sairat filled episodes.
