Hi!

I appreciate your detailed sharing about the medical and pharma field for expensive treatment.

Until they reach their break even point, they will charge high for the drugs as they had already spent millions on the research and several trials to pass through so that it is comparatively safe enough for the humans than their disease damaging their bodies.

Every year lots of studies/research papers come out about drugs studies in different cancers and so on.

Here, Aarav is just 8 year old. He has the entire life ahead. In general, studies and experiences have shown that kids at his age responds very well to BM transplant and other treatment modalities and can live longer disease free interval/remission. The success rate is good. younger the age, body will likely respond the treatment ..may be memory cells are not that well developed to resist the donor cells ( I am just putting the logic scientifically)

Coming to the doctor part - They are there to make aware of all the treatment available in the market for particular disease. But common people won't know the details of outcome of those treatment. Because after the drugs come out in the market, it takes few years to study those patients who used that expensive treatment and what where the outcomes. Aboard oncologists clearly states patients that they have no treatment offer left for them anymore but they can enroll in study trial drugs at particular place if they want to. So patients on their on will takes the risk.

We as from the same medical field will go through all the available articles and study them and will question and discuss with the doctor in details but this is not the case with the common people.

So as the doctor shared --- nothing is 1+1=2 in medical science. It is calculative steps from the past experiences. Doctors will not stop advertising the new modalities available..it is upto us whether want to proceed or not. Yes, they cannot force or give wrong impression about the treatment to the patients or relatives. Ethically they have to be very clear about it.

It's long post...but could not stop sharing after reading your post. Your post is very well articulated...

We viewers scratch our heads for such adha adhura chit chat..why not this and why this ...but they look at the other way of making serial and number of episodes 😆

I'm glad the makers have not made Viaan's character a complete asshole like in the og. His character seems so much better in this version.

But let see if goes through ONS or not

In original version also it was to test FL only but they didn't show ML lead point of view that much at first. They showed his point of view after incident happened
