Jasmine's character will not stay in the story for long. That's why the makers are revealing everything.

As per the initial plan Jasmine only had a short role to play. Isha said this in one of her interviews. There after, Isha will play Harleen. IMO if Naaz is given some power, she is capable of handling things. So I don't think the story needs Jasmine.

@blue - But both Mallika and Ekam had given chances to Nehmat earlier.

Mallika doubted Nehvait's relationship even earlier but she got convinced when Nehkam together convinced her.

Same way, with her dad's murder case, Mallika was upset but she did get convinced when Nehmat convinced her.

The same applies for Ekam, he too had given several chances to Nehmat.

During marriage day, they didn't listen to her because they themselves were completely heartbroken and not in a state to listen to her.

That is so true. They both saw those pics and blindly believed those pics to mean that advait and nehmat ate having an affair rather than think someone has been stalking the two of them and taking pictures of them together which is suspicious in itself and could just be they are seeing only what the person who took the pics wants them to see.

They (Ekam-Mallika) both already had their minds filled with doubts with people around them (especially Naaz to Mallika) constantly warning them about the possibility of an affair between Nehvait.

Their doubts became reality when they saw those photos and they believed it to be the truth.

There are chances that Harleen will be like Tejo. Then it will be more interesting, we will have Nehmat who has Tejo's upbringing and Harleen who genetically inherited her aunt's qualities. But then the story will focus on Naaz vs Harleen.
