Geet patha nahi Maan ko kya kya banayegi. Pehle client, phir ajnabee dost phir husband. Shukar hai forest officer kaha forest ka bandar to nahi :P Living alone is always an issue Geet needs to carry some pepper spray her zubaan is not going to cut it. Looks like hubby is back to claim his wife :D

No contact between Maan and Geet for a long time. She is in touch with her family though.

She has given up on her dream and just working on a lackluster job.

Maan- Surprise tha. Aaap bhi apni wife ko surprises dete honge naa

Maan says reminding the creepy guy about his family

Landlord- emm…haan…ap log enjoy karo. Main chalta hoon. Who, Geet akeli rehti hai toh I feel responsible toh main haal puchne aa jaata hoon, to make sure she is fine

Maan- Thank you very much for being an elder brother to my wife

Maan says with a straight face while moving towards the other man to make sure he is out of the house

Maan shuts the door behind and mutters’ what a creep’ under his breath as he turns to face Geet

Geet was staring at him without blinking

M- Hey Geet

His voice brings her back to the reality and she realizes what she is seeing is real

Her awe turns into a frown

G- Aap? Yahan…kaise?

M- Mujhe tumhari maddatt chahiye, Geet

He pleads and walks towards her

She looks up at him questioningly

M- Mujhe kuch din yahan rehna hoga

G-Yahan?

She looks around, she lives in one room

He reads her thoughts

M- Tum chinta mat karo, main manage kar lunga. Zameen pe so jaunga. Tumhe koi dikkat nahi hogi. Please Geet

Geet thinks to herself- ‘Ek waqt tha, jab aapne mujhe mere bure waqt mein madatt kit hi…..mujhe bhi aapki madat karni chahiye….baaki aur kuch nahi….aapki marzi aapka faisla ki aapne itne saal mere saath koi communication ya contact nahi rakha. Aapne mujhpe ek din ye Ehsaan kiya tha, wohi main chukaungi’

She nods

G- Thik hai

She goes and sits on the bed swaying forward and backward indecisively looking into the space

M- emmm….main neeche se samaan leke aata hoon

The awkward energy is well…..awkward

When Maan comes back with his stuff

Ghar itna chotta hai ki bags rakhne ki bhi thik se jagah nahi hai

He finds Geet putting the groceries in kitchen

He doesn’t know what to do

He walks to the kitchen

M- Should I help?

G-emm…no I am fine

He realizes she is avoiding eye contact

Maan jaake bed pe baith jaata hai

In the kitchen, Geet starts heating the dinner

But it seems food is not enough for two people

Her plan was to have leftovers as she was already tired after grocery shopping

She didn’t know about arrival of this unexpected guest

She walks over to the room where Maan is sitting

G-Woh…khana dono ke liye kam padega…main kuch order kar deti hoon

M- oh…who…main le aata hoon neeche kisi restaurant se

She nods in agreement

M- What do you want to eat?

G- Anything

Both look at each for a whole minute

The eye contact breaks as Maan realizes he should get going

He starts to go

G- Who…paise…

He stops mid-way

M- Paise….hain

She nods

As Maan leaves, Geet lets out a deep breath that she didn’t realize she was holding, while wondering why is he back? What trouble is he in? Can she trust him enough to let him stay with her?

Why he is back and staying with her now? He didn't clarified that...

Even I have cold and fever, from last two days, it was raining suddenly here ... I couldn't sleep whole night because of cough and cold.

I couldn't even go to the new job interview that was scheduled today....my luck....😆

Well...however I wished to read next one fast but won't tell you to update soon...first take care of yourself well...
