It was not a penalty. The ref was biased. I feel like that penalty kind of sealed the fate for Croatia. Lucakovic was badly hurt and was frazzled during the penalty shot. The first goal rattled the Croatian side for sure. Because if you see prior to the first goal, Croatia had 90% of ball possession, arg defense was poor. The first goal in by Messi and Croatia panicked. The second goal was a thing of beauty, but by then Croatian side crumbled. It was Argentina's show completely from there.
