HP was way more understanding and calm when Vidhi was in lockup... he trusted her, was supporting her.. jaha pariwar ki naak ki, maan maryada ki, society me ijjat ki bhajiya talne ka jyada scope tha...he was behaving then as if ye normal hai inki family me log lockup me aate jaate rahte hai so not a big thing to question to react or to angry over....

but the moment she says Pyaar.... baba the reaction was so so OTT matlab Lockup se Jyada Khatarnaak Love hai inke liye.... and if not for lockup sequence i would have understood HP and his disappointment with her...

but lock up me itna samajhdaar sayami shaant HP dekh ke ye wala bas samajh nahi aaya... ke beti ki jab puri jindagi, uski izzat, uski reputation daav pe lagi thi that was okay with him but ab uske dil ki baari hai, she took some decision on her own.... yaha bhai sahab aise mar rahe hai....

Dev is not a sadak chhap banda. He doesn't deserve this behaviour.

HP and Bimla have every damn right to oppose the relationship....but should be in a proper way. Every time they are over dramatic.

Vidhi is doing everything keeping her parents reputation in mind....you don't trust your daughter...

What they expect from her????

I have said this long back when vidhi was arrested and bts for this track came out

What is more shocking or impactful a child getting arrested or him knowing she loves someone

Lekin here HP is always shown the person who worries about society. For him society is above than child.

Yup it is quite strange that he was okay with the lock up thing but not Vidhi's love.

But I think its also the way it was presented to him. Vidhi jab jail gai tabhi bhi HP ko initially bohot shock laga tha. But Dev was there, he reassured him that nothing will happen and he will bring Vidhi back. And he trusted him above everything else.

Aaj chachi Golden bohot comments kar chuke the that had already riled him up and he trusted ki yeh kabhi nahi hosakta

So it was shocking for him to hear that his daughter and dev saab can do something like this. But heart attack was too extreme I believe. Kuch high bp vagera dikha sakte the. Lekin reaction realistic hai, kai parents ko baki sab cheezon se zyada iss baat se fark padta hai. Its sad but true
