IMO, property laws must be changed or something must be done. No parent in the world must give their hard earned property to their kids. Parents could will it to some ashram or NGO, etc irrespective of whether they have biological kids or not.

According to the article, the son after killing his mother dumped her dead body in a river. Like how does one get heart and guts to kinesthetic ability to do such a horrendous thing to any human being, let alone one's own mother?

I do not know how would this case fare, but in most cases and jurisdictions, any crime against a senior citizens and children are crimes that the State is a plaintiff in, making it difficult for the perpetrator to walk scot free lrovided the crime is proven. Hope the same happens in this case to. I wish and pray that there is no travesty of justice this time around..

I had tears while reading how can a son kill his own mother brutally. The women gave birth to u and sacrifice her whole life taking care of u. He is not even a son he is a devil. She should have killed him in her womb itself i am sorry to talk such a harsh way but this guy deserve to die. Thinking abt seeing her own son turn monster and was all ready to kill her,her soul must had been dead the moment he took the baseball bat & hit her and the curse of giving birth to a devil

A son's responsibility is to do his parents last rites but this heartless man just dump the mother who gave birth to him into the river
