Had the article mentioned anyone other than Madhu, I would have considered the possibility of it being true. Even if the marriage does not happen due to Urv being exposed or her running away with Naman, Madhu won't consider Raj a suitable candidate for her Lalla. Yup there could always the possibility of divine intervention ( in form of Guruma) changing Madhu's mind. Still it would be a drastic change of characterization
