In the video Kartik doesn’t like the food he’s eating, looks up and sees the person who made it (it’s a valid assumption since she’s holding a rolling pin) and grabs her by the hair and throws her out the window. That’s the display of violence. The grabbing by the hair of a woman, and throwing her out the window, all because the food wasn’t good. I understand his intents here was to be funny, to make it comedic with the camera angle and flying with the rolling pin. But you cannot use domestic abuse as a joke. You can’t do that at any point, but you definitely can’t and shouldn’t when you are famous and have millions of social media followers.
