KJO is a shit stirrer but Kartik before PPAW/fame was no less either, even his prefame exes do not say anything good about him/or even use him for clout, which is quite odd considering he has far more fame than all the young stars of today.

If someone is dating a bunch of girls, even consensually, it's still possible that there is an insane power dynamic, especially since nepo girls are usually younger/more immature than him, and the linkups/breakups all ended in a dramatic way. It obviously doesn't have to be super extreme, but I would instantly frown down at anyone with this kind of behavior, just like I did with Ranbir/John/all the fboys from earlier generations.

You have people like Ishaan, who still has a lot of relationships, but he hasn't disparaged anyone publicly in a way that Kartik's breakups have.

Also, KJO likes to make linkups/breakups, but he rarely takes people out if it gets too messy. He made people who hated each others guts get along for financing reasons. Only star with a habit of taking people out post-breakup is Akshay.
