Some companies have the rule that spouses can't be employed in the same department. Maybe ITV should have such a clause if PH has to stick to story line and not pander to an actor due to his/ her marriage status to a co star. It is conflict of interest from viewers POV.

even some ph have the rule..Vatsal and his wife did not reveal their relationship because of this clause..Once their show ended both got married and announce to the world...
