My assumption is she is either in coma or made physically invalid for some time. Limited movements and activities but not completely out of picture. Inconsequential for the time being.

The bus accident is to bring them closer... as it relates to OG Vinu's death.

Hence the next probable track should be V Sai getting back on better terms than now and resolve some more issues... for themselves and CN.

The spoiler says her condition is deteriorating... it could mean anything from mental illness to physical illness. But it means she is alive, neither dead nor missing.

Mimo 2 is a distant thought... P*** going coma and all that will be finished in one or two episodes... Virat and including the whole family will overtly sympathize with her... They won't let Sai enter in their house at any cost.. In all these Savi will suffer...

Virat has not learnt anything from his past mistakes.. Today is one proof we got what sai blasted him.. He did not even flinch sai mentioned many people entered after her father died who ruined her life...

In fact he will maintain distance with both savi and sai..

They won't keep her in hospital forever because they are showing that it's because of Virat saving Sai, Pakhi is in that condition

If he goes back to Sai or is friendly with her, after this accident then what's the point?

It is only with Sai that V has any spark. Its there even with the distance.

I don't see V ignoring Saavi as of yet... that too for P. Baki dekhte hai...

Yes agreed... but with P's condition, he cannot do anything too... he cannot break the marriage. So the status quo will continue.
