Anyways once Akshara does come to know about pregnancy issue, they will deal with this together,. I don’t find the reason behind Aarohi’s character turning completely psychotic. It’s entirely writers mess.

Akshara did it to confirm her suspicion because Ar blamed her husband for slap and domestic abuse. So for the proof and confirmation she did otherwise she is not like regular stalker or poke her nose in someone's private life. Preleap also she got involved when parth asked her.

Aarohi did it so that she can blackmail and take advantage of sensitive issue like pregnancy complications.

If Ak is indeed pregnant, Aarohi will cross every boundary. She already warned Abhi she will go to extreme ends - I won’t be surprised if Aarohi hurts Akshara and her baby to get her revenge.
