I am not sure yaar. I am not at all a trained professional.
I only looked up the definition because I was not sure why my perspective didn't match others.
The definition says the victim suffers from mental illness. Don't think we can term V as such.
But he is manipulated for sure.
And P does it very nicely. She knows what works on him. Or she used to I guess... Today either he saw through all that or her attempts failed. Lets see 😆
Today I don't even have the zeal to review anything much.
Unpopular opinion, but I believe V is also a victim here.
Psychologist will tell you that people who behave like V does are usually victims themselves.
Look at the way Ninad treated Ashwini for years.
He never included her in any major decisions or discussions, insulted and threatened her etc
I remember once he even made fun of the way Ash looked.
V has lived and breathe toxicity and was given extra special treatment ignoring Mohit and Samrat to some extent.
Based on the way he was raised expectation has always been high on him, that he support his family no matter what, even in their crimes.
Turn a blind eye here and there, to abuse or gloss it over.
Now he does not even understand he himself is now an abuser.
So the Virat we are now seeing is a product of his environment.
