So I have received a few PMs about manifestation/law of attraction etc over the last couple of days and I’m guessing lot more people on here are interested in learning more but are hesitant to reach out. So I’ll just put it out here. Take what resonates. Leave the rest.
I recommend a weekly exercise to set the tone for the rest of the week. I’ll start with some general afformations that you can either write down once a week (I recommend Sunday) or repeat to yourself every morning before you start your day. Pick and tweak whatever works best for you and try doing this starting Sunday until Saturday. Once you start seeing results, your faith will become stronger and in no time you will be on your way to a positive mindset in everyday living. I know it’s already Sunday in the Eastern hemisphere so what better time to start than now?
I wrote this from scratch in no particular order so I hope you find it useful. Take what works. Leave what doesn’t. Modify as you see fit but ask it in the form of a question so you can trick your mind into believing. Don’t try too hard to believe in it at first. With time, you will. But to start off, just start by saying it out loud or even in your head. Nobody has to know. Nobody will judge. It’s you and your mind having a conversation. That is all.
