It is very easy to figure out targeted blinds from actual real pieces of information leaked from sources. More impportantly, targeted blinds make MORE noise whereas real information goes under the radar. The SSR campaign against him was caught back in 2017, and the BBNG subreddit began cataloguing it starting 2018.

The only reason it was not stopped was because of the incompetence of Spice PR and them pushing other stars over SSR. His own company betrayed him to push Sara (emerging star) and others.

Over 60% of blinds are true however, and those are easy to catch. For example Raj Kundra's shady acts (with p*rn) were rumored about in the late 2010s, and blinds helped many people avoid his trap. The maid abuse blinds were quite important. Also a lot of the romantic relationship blinds ended up being true.

Also I don't think this blind (HR-KR) is from a legit source.
