For various reasons, Naaz and Nehmat want Advait in their life, only Mallika truly loves him (Nehvait used each other to deal with the article issue, and later Nehmat easily accused him).

Ironically though, Advait dislikes Mallika.

Advait's true intentions are known to Naaz. She therefore views him as a friend. Naaz, meanwhile, is not interested in pursuing Advait.

Jasmine wants Naaz and Advait to be married because she is aware of Nikhil's position within the Kapoor family. But if Naaz insists on getting married to Nikhil, Jasmine will not be able to do anything.

I think this is what you call KARMA; Advait didn't value the person who loved him and played with her feelings. So in the future, Advait has to experience the same. He has to tolerate his wife having feelings for someone else.

Yes, then only Nehvait story will get more complicated. Makers will give birth to crazy situations to bring Nehkam together and people will taunt Nehmat.
