If we go by the signs from yesterday, she may let Savi go. But Savi will make her come back.
But if my other view point is correct, then V is not just trying to stop Savi, but Sai as well. So when Sai tries to leave, he will have to let go off that mask and go after her. And then saving his daughter is his responsibility considering he is sheltering the criminal and risking his family since years.
