I'm actually confused as to what the makers want? TBH I wouldn't be surprised if I see Sajid lifting the trophy. BB really isn't as interesting as it used to be since the makers have started interfering so much. BB13 was the last season I followed and I swore it off after being put off by the excessive bias and no action for violence. I was curious and found the contestants this year interesting but it's sad to see the quality of the show has gone down so much. People how recently started watching BB in the past few years have no idea how much better it used to be during Shweta and Gautam's seasons.

He does try to speak for himself but if he doesn't agree with Priyanka, she won't even let him finish his sentence and starts yelling at him - so there she is at fault. I think he is targeted because of Priyanka bc HM know as even Tina said that "Ankit is her weakness" so if they want to get her riled up, they target him. But that obviously is not Priyanka's fault and I think Ankit does the right thing but not reacting, because then he would be giving them what they want - instead he chooses to remain unaffected and gives it back at the perfect time. I think the use of "popat" has gone down quite a bit since Ankit called out Shiv for being other people's popat because Shiv couldn't counter that

To add to this I want to say and this is going against both of them now caz now the other gang knows how to bully then further even in yesterday's epi Tina was saying ke to rile pri uo just say anything f against ankit and then she will not stop it is thay easy to get her to overreact they know it and again were planning to use it against pri but sure because they are doing yes sit yes sir to sajid inko aisi planning f plotting bhi allows gai

Kahan hain woh bB jo aise planned provocations planning outings ke liye nominate karte thay poore ghar ko in tasks in no inaction yahan toh nominations ate discussed regularly in open kaun kisko karega kaun kisko bachayega ans kuch nahi hota bas priyankit ke peeche pade raho..baaki nomi ji jaise kuch bhi karein end main meian beemar hoon wali sympathy le lein toh sa theek nobody has been more disgusting than nimmi in the house and more spiteful 24x7 and insecure but nah she gets a freepass evetywewk..nobody asks her why her so called mental issues only come when it is time for accountability bully katyw samay toh ek dun fit hoti hai uske mental health🤷🏻‍♀️

Salman rightly called her archana 2. The only difference being, archana can be irritating as well as entertaining but priyanka is plain nuisance.

@bold: Not really. Just yesterday, Tina was screaming this Popat thing at Ankit yet again. They will all continue it because they feel they have been given a sanction to call him Popat and Ankit just pushes back in token ways in his soft spoken one-liners😆. If they were really fazed by how he's retorting, they wouldn't have the guts to still taunt him with this.

Talking about disrespect, people only find disrespect in how Priyanka talks but the people going around the house constantly calling Ankit a popat isn't disrespect? lol I guess the bar is so low for those people that no one even expects basic manners from them😆

I like Ankit in his season otherwise but I don't think his silent approach or soft spoken retorts are doing much for him or Pri in the long term. They are both looking stuck right now cuz Pri is told she talks too much and Ankit is still considered her mouthpiece even when he speaks his mind....lol ab uski kya galti hai if on most points him and Pri have the same opinion about what's right or wrong? 😆 There is a reason they are together here....lol their vibes match despite everyone doing the "bechara Ankit phass gaya with dominating Priyanka" narrative all day😆

@red - totally agree! I mentioned this above also in my reply to AreYaar

@blue - provocation I think is part of the game...it's mind game and manipulation. It shows how much self control the person has on themselves (as long as it doesn't lead to violence)

@green - this is so annoying. Mental health is a really serious issue. A person who is suffering from depression/anxiety themselves would be more understanding and caring when it comes to others too but here I feel like she's just using it to get away from things. How come she doesn't care about the mental health of other HMs too?

@red - they are trying to provoke him and get him to burst. So I think how he's dealign with it makes him look like the better person. It reminds me of high school: the bullies namecall and bother you because they want one thing - reaction. So you can do 2 things: react and give them what they want and they come back for more or remain unaffected because eventually they get bored.

@blue - I think everyone is disrespectful towards ankit - chugili gang and even priyanka. I don't think one form of disrespect makes it better than another kind. I think what makes Priyanka's disrespect vs other groups different is that she's his close friend. Generally, we have an expectation that our close ones treat us with respect.

@green - Ankit clearly said he enjoys being with Priyanka and that's why he came to the show with her. I just don't like the way she treats him sometimes. Sure she cares for him but that doesn't give her a free pass to treat him like that.

And I also never said Priyanka has a free pass for anything. I simply said that the fixation on how Priyanka talks to him is not the major issue IMO since Ankit is not managing to be effective in conveying himself on his own. Constantly putting the blame on that for Priyanka seems to be the easiest route for everyone without granting Ankit any agency to handle himself.

On one hand everyone seems to like that Ankit is not aggressive or combative like the rest of the guys in the house, but at the same time people are quick to paint him some bechara who can't assert himself only because of Priyanka....lol she hasn't tied him up in chains. He has said himself multiple times that HE is the one who seeks her out more in the house cuz he doesn't like the rest of them much😆....but somehow she is the reason for his downfall as per the narrative set by people inside and outside the house😆

There are sooooo many WAY worse OPENLY ABUSIVE things being done by most of the people in that house so I personally am not able to find the bandwidth to outrage over Priyanka snapping at Ankit a few times😆. And it's not like Ankit doesn't snap back back at her....but lol there people seem to think his soft spoken retorts are ineffective but the same soft spoken retorts are apparently effective against bully gang somehow.

Re: bullying....this is not like a regular high school bullying situation. You can go home at the end of the day in a school after being bullied in one incident that you may choose to ignore giving a reaction to. In this house, they are all stuck together 24/7....letting others walk over you like this will only keep escalating their disrespect of you.

I don't like Priyanka and she looked hell irritating in the Shaleen Stan fight but the partiality is making her look good. 😆 No one can talk about the makers or Salman on how biased they are. I am even sure that the punishment they gave to Stan was because of the backlash or else they were going to prove Shaleen wrong. They changed the script and made everyone happy.
