Best news!!🥰 This brings us to our question of consummation. It definitely happened before the honeymoon because they just got back from it. My guess is the night when Basit brought Ayesha back. Considering how lovingly he was gazing at her in the morning and that loved up phone conversation, this seems like a definitely possibility ❤️ Also man they work fast 🤣

Okay so I wanted to watch the pool scene at least (it's the second time I'll avoid watching the whole episode) and I literally counted Ayet's screen time which was two minutes and seventeen seconds...(not talking about Ayesha's and Basit’s individual scenes but their interaction as a couple which was limited to just two minutes...) Kudos to that shitty director for ruining one of the best pairings in pak drama industry... Even my excitement for Ayesha's pregnancy isn't as strong as the disappointment over the last few episodes... Such a waste of talented actors and palpable chemistry... 😡

Yup, I think the 'morning after' scene when she's lying in bed and he's looking at her is probably when we're supposed to assume it happened 😆Although I did wonder about that also because there's another scene in bed later when they're lying down together and talking but they're like so far apart and and not even holding hands, so it seemed like physical intimacy hadn't happened yet and they were still getting to know each other better. I guess one shouldn't think too much about these things in these serials. The fact that there's a baby means it happened and that's all they want us to know😆

Yeah I had thought about that too... I mean just the way they were staring at each other's lips was enough for viewers to guess what would happen next 😍

Ps I'm so pissed of with what I've watched right now I can't even explain... I'll probably start watching ishqiya like you guys have recommended and I'll request english sub for Dil Kya Karay as well, hopefully there might be more viewers interested in this show except us... So done with this director's stupidity really... I'm even wondering if we'll get to see their baby or it will be just mentioned and sacrificed on the altar of personal grudges as well...

haha! There might be a time leap involved. But if we forget the way the scenes were arranged and go by the clothes the characters were wearing, then the bed scene where they are lying in bed a little distant to each other but wanting to bridge the gap, that scene can be imagined to have happened the night Ayesha returns, when they talk about who fell for whom, when, etc.

Then since the clothes worn in that scene matches the scene of Basit watching Ayesha sleep, we can think that it comes after that bed scene (And not before as shown in the drama). Then we can assume consummation happened that very night. And then if you take Basit wearing the shirt Ayesha had gifted him as something that he does after their consummation, it would say that he has now wholly become hers. Imagine what that smile might mean in that case!☺️

Though I would also say that Basit leaving Ayesha to sleep and going off to work is not a nice look. Not the night after you guys became one in every sense of the term! But then perhaps he wanted to finish off his pending work so that he could plan their honeymoon and so was in a rush for that.

And if indeed they had their consummation that night, then meeting for lunch the next day at the restaurant, that scene will read very differently and we can now imagine it being full of underlying currents... Basit looking at Ayesha as she touches up her lipstick, reaching out to touch her hand, just feel her skin against his fingers, etc, would all be part of something else that is going on between them now.

Oh my gawd Twerps!! You made me rewatch the entire thing again 😆 I’ve missed this, you discerning scenes and character for us 🤗 I too feel that the sequence of the scenes was disturbed and that the night Basit brought Ayesha back they bridged the distance between them and spoke about who fell for whom and when. Also your interpretation of Basit wholly becoming Ayesha’s while wearing the shirt after the consummation was beautiful ❤️ I had a smile on my face while reading this.

As for Basit leaving Ayesha alone on the morning after was not cool. I think this is why Ayesha seemed disappointed for a moment when she asked Karim if Sahab had gone to the office and he replied in the affirmative. I suppose she was expecting things to go back to the usual with Basit focused on the office. But then things turned around with Basit calling up Ayesha from the office, referring to her as “Mrs”, telling her that he loved watching her sleep and confessing that his personal life interests him a lot more than his office nowadays 😳

If you observe the restaurant scene, both Ayesha and Basit seem so loved up with their blushing. Also Basit touching Ayesha’s hand, playing with her rings and then looking at her with hunger when she’s touching up her lipstick were clear indications that they had consummated the night before. In fact Basit seemed almost dazed when Soha was trying to chat him up on the phone.

Somebody please write a fan fiction on their consummation!! Or at least on them being out on a date🥰🥰 I just wish they had a better morning after!! Twerps I can’t help but request you 🤗😆

Since Basit is becoming a daddy i had to...🤣 The second part with seven rings doesn't quite fit Ayesha's personality but I couldn't fight the urge adding Ushna's commercial scene again 😍🔥
