That’s because there is no supervision for such jobs, anyone can become a writer in ITV and the main qualification is that he/she should have regressive thoughts.

I wish my job was this kushi and comfy, copying from other shows but I have to produce results every single day 😭

She did once at the beginning of SM kaand, not to hurt him or anything said jokingly that she earns more in one day than what Kandya Store earns in a month.

Raavi’s first job got her 25,000 for SM promotion, since then she was paid 50,00 for anchoring Mrs. Somnath competition and 1.5 L of a Bank AD promotion. Yes she is making more than what Kandyas make in a month. But Shiva yelled at her for that and she even apologized but this NUT JOB keeps track of every little thing she does, so when time comes he can use it against her

In the US, AMA can sue if something is wrongly depicted in TV or Movies. So they take extra care to write such scenes and have real Doctors on the Set while shooting such scenes to help.
Every profession is taken seriously right from working in McD to being a cashier in Walmart of being a Janitor or being a Doctor. People respect what others do for a living and one of the most hardworking people I have ever seen. All the Malls, shops, are open 7 days a week and some even 24/7 and hospitals never turn down any patient even if you don’t have insurance.

I know the writers are regressive so no hope from them but I really wish raavi gets her khushiyan

Dhara can return to Kandya Niwas but Raavi should never return, instead she should file for divorce and give MUKTI to Shiva which he has been asking for more than a year. His mother can find a suitable bride some one like Disha, Surbhi, Tia or even someone like Shweta who has more respect in that house than Raavi ever got. He is a whiner, loser, coward always blames others for his chote soch and miseries.
