I don't think anyone is expecting Virat to stop meeting Savi, It was just Virat gas light-ing Pakhi saying she is asking him to stay away from his daughter. In hall, Kaku asks him to think about his wife, he asks Pakhi and Pakhi lied boosting his ego and he left happily

In room, Virat knew what is going on but he just wants to hear that lie once again so he asks Pakhi again and this time, she tells him the truth and he started yelling at her

The conversation between Usha and Sai took place right after this to tell us that the scene between Virat and Pakhi was written in a way to show how Virat behaves with his wives

I never thought they would actually show us this comparison, especially to show Virat as the wrong one (It doesn't happen in this show)
