And yesss... so maybe he is newly transferred to this department maybe come from a different city (we can later explore why he changed to a city where he knows no one)...She is based here in this city and has had a bad relationship with the previous officer. She sees him in the same light and they start off being annoyed at each other (so far the cliches fit in).
