But still all these were way better in comparison to current version. Now if ever he has to do heart eyes it looks forced, I barley watched any scenes post remarriage as I could not handle Sai with him after Shruti track, but I did yesterday in onego n man he was so ott n cheesy. There is Clear difference between pre n post Shruti track n anything before holi 2021>>>.. 🤦‍♀️

I actually get feels when I watch that morning car scene where he puts the shades on her (pregnancy revelation epi.) even though they weren't even shooting together 🤣

Best was still the college admission day. It marked as him finally falling for Sai in love with her, started seeing her as a woman fr. Also there was another underrated scene during ladakh trip episode he looked so lost in Sai in between a serious discussion that Ninad had to remind him to focus on important thing even Patthar noticed that & it was so beautifully done.

Those were golden days of ghum . I feel bad when I look at the old clips. There were many such scenes where Neil outperformed and justified the best actor title that fans bestowed on him. I still remember the Holi promo after covid where fans went crazy seeing him back and epi that followed were gold..

The character arc of Virat has gone downhill and I feel no matter what happens old Ghum vibes, Virat that I stanned, fetus Sairat won't be back. The damage is permanent hence I don't watch old clips , crush over characters anymore. Actors seem disconnected too and might be staying in the serial for some personal benefit otherwise i dont see the enthusiasm like before

There was a time I binged old scenes n episodes. Now it hurts. Yesterday I dont know but I ended up insta scrolling spree n watching many old n new clips.
I realized I totally lost connect with that Sairat too.

Yes the Holi promo was a riot! Gone r those days 😭

I feel their progression was shown beautifully he went from kind of admiring her beauty and then layers peeled off with admission day date, their convo post he had ankle sprain, dance scene mohe rang do laal, her going to hospital at night with food n he got more n more attracted. By the time Devi marriage stage came he was sort of gone case (the scene I shared) n Holi was a high point.

And just when things should have gone up hil it went otherway round🤦‍♀️ - who knew

My favorite is when he gifts Sai that pen on her first day of college w Dr Sai Joshi and she writes him a note with it.

I hate that they never held onto those little things in show. Bamboo plant came for few tracks then it disappeared. The pen n note were never shown again. 💔
