When she told dhara and said she got her period last month so unlikely coz shiva and her haven't done anything since a month due to their fighting dhara told her how she also had spotting and didn't know she was pregnant right away. So when the doctor told her she asked how far along was she but that fake doctor refused to get an ultrasound so they went to another and that nice doctor saved her life by telling what was really wrong with her and she wasn't pregnant. Raavi was right in her initial intuition that she couldn't be pregnant it was Bhabhiji who was all baby baby baby lol

The spoilers are weird is shiva gonna be mad dhara helped raavi get an abortion of his kid or thinks she had an affair and bhabhiji helped in covering it up lol either way dhara is looking so bad lol suman would kill her if she thinks dhara helped in aborting shivas kid lol
