Well the cake fight happens due 2 the boys vs girls conflict in our sanjeevani which leads 2 Dr Shash getting smashed by his very dear riddhima!!
He immediately calls the females seperately who blame it all on boys!!
The poor boys get suspended, all in a mood 2 take revenge
They enter sanjeevani in disguise bt are caught red handed nd instantly thrown out!!
