Invest whatever money is at hand in properties isn't such a bad thing...at least one can live from renting or selling again when there aren't anymore jobs in the filmindustry.

Would be interesting if - in future times - those properties will become also a crowd puller (like Mannat and the Galaxy appartments) ...but I guess they neither have a promenade nor a parc with benches and a stone wall for fans' leisure-time in front...or have they???

even jalsa (amitabh) and aashirwaad (rajesh khanna's) had hordes standing in prime time

but park and benches can be put, what will create the stars to populate them who can pull in the ppl
