I know I have been MIA for a long time. But this was such a beautiful episode, it pushed me to come here. We collectively dreamed for so long for this confession to happen. It made me want to join in again.

Also Soha is such an irritant. And truly am happy that Bano did not marry Talal. What a household! So agree that the wife is completely justified in wanting to keep a maid. Basit Ayesha seems so much in love and soha is acting like he is last man on earth. She refused marriage after knowing he can be dominant one in relationship n all of a sudden she is behaving like she made a mistake by rejecting him.

This show has some patriarchal things:

1. Basit justifying that him not allowing ayesha to do job was correct which was actually wrong.

2. Soha who was an outgoing modern woman regretting rejecting Basit which in fact was perfect decision.

3. Talal n his mother shown as bechare n his wife negative just because she wants a maid who she is ready to pay herself. Talal not even wanting to take a plate of breakfast n iron clothes himself when his wife is taking care of the kid. They just want his wife to work in house.

If bano ends up with ass*ole Talal I would curse the makers for such a backward mindset.

Why couldn't they show Fahad and Bano..loosers

I agree with you. Soha's character being used in this way seems too cliched. Would have expected better since now a lot of Pakistani dramas are really breaking stereotypes.

As for Ayesha's job, I think that issue is still not settled. When they were talking about it, it seemed like Ayesha had more to say but she stops herself. Also when Basit tells her Soha is managing her dad's business, Ayesha's face looked like she was trying very hard to remain nonchalant. I hope Ayesha will make Basit realise that she, a topper in her university, deserves to get to study further ahead and work, not for money, but simply because it would be challenging and enjoyable for her. She did have dreams at one point and to give them all up would be very unfair on her.

I felt no sympathy for Talal. His wife was completely justified when she asked him not to talk loudly, the baby is sleeping. Does he even know how hard it is to get a baby to sleep? Also he asked, what use are you if you can't iron my shirt!?! Like whatttt!! Is she your wife? Or your personal attendant?! Iron your own shirt, you man-child!

I keep getting distracted while trying to make gifs and end up watching all the Ayet scenes over and over again.

But look at him rush into the balcony looking for Ayesha...

And look at her clutching at his coverlet while sleeping...

Watched the whole episode without subtitles, replayed their scenes like three times each.. If this ain't addiction then I don't know what it is😍🤣 Also the date scene... When he touched her hand, the way they were smiling at each other and before that... The phone call... Just wow 🔥
