If V thinks about "custody" first he has to acknowledge that Sai is his wife and he needs to file for divorce. So if he does that then V is clearly a bigamist and the "other" woman is P. I really hope that VP get publicly shamed and Vinu looks at all that and maintains a distance from the pathetic duo and prioritizes Sai over them. Instead of gaining Savi custody, V should lose Vinu too. Because it can be proved that V botched up the paperwork pertaining to Vinus adoption by marrying P when he was already married and falsifying that he was married for 2 years.
