Delhi air index is always poor but still blame goes to 1 day of Diwali

Diwali crackers doesn't even contribute to 4% of air pollution still this ridiculous gyaan specially by those who lives in Mumbai, they get help from liviin coastal area as sea takes away all the pollution

Nahi toh Delhi doesn't even emits that much pollution rather suffers due to incompetency of Punjab and Haryana.
