A child inherits the qualities of her parents. Virtues of Sita matches with virtues of Mother Earth and Janak. She was highly learned, tolerant, pious minded, friendly n warm, intelligent yet so down to earth. Upbringing by sagely king Janak enhanced her qualities n virtues.

I dont agree that she is Ravana's daughter who loved blood shed n wars for satisfying his ego

Yeas Ramcharitmanas definately doesnt say that Sita was Ravan's daughter. Personally, I also dont belive this. Valmiki who wrote the original Ramayan wouldt have left out such an important fact. I think that later writers added this spicy twist to make Ravan more evil - as this would added incestual tendencies to his list of misdemeanours. Sita herself descibes herself as ayonija in ValmikiRamayan... so let's believe her rather than a mischievous interpolater

I read in wikepedia that some Thai version of Ramayana say that she was Ravana's daughter.

Valmiki Ramayan is the most authentic one n it does not say anything like that.

Why Goddess Laxmi will like to born as Ravana's daughter? Ravan is not worthy for it. Only sagely n holy Janak deserve to be her father.
