The crap plot may be something like this:

1. Due to MUs created by the "Prem" Patra, KD will stop the marriage.

2. Nick putting of the fire might be an act.

3. Then he will defend Pallavi trying to prove the truth with facts.

4. But KD wants tangible proof. Will give Pallavi a few hours to prove, else will make Nick marry Sonali.

5. Pallavi fails to prove her innocence. Then like a "mahaan" or "stupid" fl will tell Nick, " Mein haar gayi. Magar iss waqt maa ki tabiyat jyada zaroori hai. Isliye aap wahi karenge Jo woh chahti hain...blah blah blah!

6. Sonick get married.

If the pandit purposely told a lie to keep the intrigue alive or as per orders from the makers, then there may be a positive twist before Sonick's last phera and sindoordan!😡😡😡
