Don't get fired. Work laptop for work. Personal phone for social media.

You should not use your work laptop for blocked sites. There is a reason why it’s blocked.

PS: also minty, talk to your work IT dept for any related questions / concerns - not on India forums Bollywood section.

Many organisations block such site due to security risks. Many big organizations databases have been hacked in past.

So I advise u to tamper security settings.

In most Companies now a days, all social networking sites are blocked.

What’s more, in my office, even google doesn’t open.

Haha yeah but I only gave the most extreme example. I play games, stream movies/series, browse social media including rogue sites like IF. I don’t have a personal laptop at all. So I do everything on the MacBook my office gave me.

As a part of my work once I had to check a website and it redirected me to p*rn. My colleagues faced the same issue 😆. I just hope that my IT team doesnt think im going to these sites on my own.
