Lol, so easy. If he is indeed sairat kid, how are they gonna explain why he was in an orphanage and why his baba didn’t recognise him.

answer is gonna be sai took you away from us forcefully we didn’t do anything wrong, like stole her kid from her etc etc. BUT it’s so damn twisted, that the good folks will never reveal the actual truth to a kid. That his brilliant baba , chose a criminal over him and his mom.

The surrogacy thing had to play out keeping Vinu's condition in mind, I assumed that will give Sai an edge over Virat but his legs will heal miraculously means it's not a congenial issue and this particular bit won't have any significance in the story
