Why does truth have to unravel only in the form of that white shirt? Can he not employ a detective to dig the mysterious accusations against his sister? Why does only Kairav have to be proved innocent, just because he's alive and Anisha is dead?

If he's so assured that his sister was so innocent why does he not prove it and end it. The white shirt can arrive in it's own sweet time. Here is where I feel they have distorted his character with stupidity.

To Abhi he proved the love of Anisha to Kairav by that painting he found and knew that she had painstakingly searched for it. To Abhi that is all the proof that he needs that his sister was innocent in all of this and she died because of Kairav.

All of the Birlas were blind in their grief. And being true as most humans are when someone in your family dies you start getting defensive of the dead family member and cannot bare to hear anything wrong that person may have done. So in death Anisha finally get some love from her family but at the expense of Kairav being innocently blamed and Akshu being dragged for no reason other than association of being a ex-Goenka/Goenka (I am excluding her deeds of haboring Kairav - only that she is guilty for but Mahima now blames everything on Akshu for no good reason)

Agreed with all the emotional thinking, shock, grief amd disbelief. Trust in their Sister/Daughter.

But they went to the courts, to build a case they would need proof. Evidence dies out easily, to prove any case where a death is subjective to questioning to get justice one needs proof. The whole family has nothing conclusive to accuse a man of murder. It's been a year, justice will only come with building the case against the accused no matter how much grief the family may have to consume along the way.

They are smart people, shouting their way away. What happens tomorrow if the Goenkas put a multi million defamation case.

I beg to differ slightly. Whatever we have seen of sad Abhimanyu till now - most of the times it has been him alone or Manjiri and Akshara understanding him. Pre confession - till marriage was fixed with arohi - only Manjiri was there. After leap there is no one who he has who he can talk to. There is no one who understands him. Yes Manjiri is there but she’s too dumb to give him right advice most of the time. Harshvardhan - he’ll never listen to him for obvious reasons. Akshara - not there. Anands family- only uses him for their benefit and don’t care if he’s alive or dead. Like Goenkas support Akshara, Birlas have never supported Abhimanyu. All everyone sees is his anger. The deep reasons of that anger - no one cares to dive into that.

Which is similar to what was happening to Akshu pre-marriage confession.

Akshu was also alone in the Goenka household. Sure Kairav was there but he was mostly slient. No one understood the Arohi jaap that was happening. The writers show Abhi finally talking to Kairav only after Akshu admitted her feelings. But then writers used it poorly by just having Abhi say don't feel guilty and we all have a past. Thats it? Poor execution of this sensitive situation. A lost opportunity all in name of what? Competition of how many loopholes can we create and drag? They could have used it in the accident track but nope put in wrong edits to make it be about Akshu saying Arohi’s career. The only good thing was having Goenkas get blasted by Abhi for their treatment of Akshu and calling out a toxic relationship. But think of the impact if there was a lingering reference about Akshu’s guilt of Sirat Ma dying and the last wish.

But I agree this time around Abhi is standing on his own. I do have some sympathy but anger cannot always be the excuse just like back then for Akshu everything for family cannot be an excuse for poor decision making and mistakes. At a certain point you have to over come the family and Arohi jaap. Which now we finally have for Akshu due to Abhi’s love.

It is time for Abhi to over come this anger issues? Yes. As to how the writers will do this? I do not know. Have the writers lost track in doing this? Maybe so. I just cannot trust the Creatives due to just how poor the execution is every single time 🤦‍♀️
