She definitely has feelings for him. She wasn't even close friends with Tina few days back. It was only Shalin she cares about, Tina just comes free along with him. Why would a girl go against her father, kneel down in front of that man ignoring her father's speech, laughing it out saying "Mera Tamasha bana , aapka nhi"? I didn't find her 'no' firm when he asked she has feelings for him.

Shalin is fake for sure, he is sugarcoating things and is trying to get attention by moving in circles and not ending this topic by distancing himself from Sumbul.

Tina might have started this but now she is being more careful.
