The kidnapping drama should somehow give injury to either of the kids... mostly to Vinu and it should worsen his condition. That might negate all of Sais efforts but it's okay since all she has done is some lep and exercises. Nothing ground breaking as such.

This kidnapping should make his illness more difficult to cure like it happened in Kankavli and there should a proper medical intervention not external treatment.
