The kidnapping drama should somehow give injury to either of the kids... mostly to Vinu and it should worsen his condition. That might negate all of Sais efforts but it's okay since all she has done is some lep and exercises. Nothing ground breaking as such.

This kidnapping should make his illness more difficult to cure like it happened in Kankavli and there should a proper medical intervention not external treatment. Only then his congenital issue will come out. It may not lead to his parentage reveal as of now but this can lay groundwork for future track.

Sai leaving the orphanage job means Vinu ka truth is not going to be revealed that way... so instead of some stupid excuse better make it scientific and logical.

It's unfair to expect logic from Ghum... but for once do that. Will give high drama too.
