Doctors dont earn much but she should definitely be able to find a job easily and one that pays enough to rent a house. How can she buy land/plan to build hospital and then be seen struggling to make ends meet and needing to sell jewelry?! Illogical. How can she save any money to feed 3 mouths and build a hospital if works in a remote place where there is no hospital and she does mostly charity work- so work for free. They could have shown her working in a government or mission hospital and trying to prevent it from shutting down - would have been more realistic. It's not rocket science to come up with a decent plot instead of the outlandish crap they serve.

They could have shown her living in the hostel or a paying guest type accomodation with Savi while doing her PG studies. Would have been more realistic.

Why would she spend her hard earned money to rent in Nagpur if shes only there for 6-8 weeks?!

The cake scene reminded me of Sai and the Chavan's. Savi was trying to fix the cream flower on the cake that seem to be fallen. Her intention was good. But BK who always sees everything Sai does as wrong announced Savi was trying to ruin it. Savi didnt defend herself because she was not wrong, but certainly felt bad by BK's behaviour. V said Savi is a bachi and must have wanted to eat the cake. He then cut the cake alone and feed Savi. Nobody saw what actually happened and nobody asked Savi about it too. They just made their own assumption and acted according to it.
