There was clip from SBS of Manjari continually requesting for Akshu. I think through that Akshu may finally understand how Manjari keeps calling for her is what Abhi went through that restlessness of her not being present. Like a side comment from either the peanut gallery (Parth, Mahima, Anand, Shefali) or from Neil or Harshvardhan. Then Akshu will finally understand when Abhi said when she left it destroyed him. He wasn't being hyperbolic or dramatic due to his anger.
