Vidhi didn't openly say that she loved him, but hoped for Dev to read between the lines (which he's already done). I think the dialogue that she said- I'll do everything you say and can never say no to you, might have been a tad worrying for Dev because it tells him of the power he now has over Vidhi. He's a good guy and won't abuse it, but there are several others in his position who might.

Vimla gave the game away with her dialogue to Dev at the end- surely Vidhi would've realised that one of her parents approached Dev to convince her about the marriage. 😃 Also, at the start of the episode, they at least showed HP as not wanting to disturb Dev for every small thing.

And the NRI chaps- who barges uninvited late in the evening and says they're going to stay for the night? 🤡 They knock on the door just as HP talks about sankat in his prayer.

And looking at the precap, appears Dev is staying for the night too? 😆

Ismein Dev toh mar hi Gaya bechara. His eyes were saying it ki itne bharose ka bojh kya main utha paunga. Usko itna sab juggle karna hai abhi - Vidhi ka trust, Vidhi ke parents ka trust, Vidhi ko koi undue signal na de anjaane mein, par Vidhi hurt bhi na ho, Vidhi ka future bhi dekhe.

Ek bichara insaan kya kya kare. Poor Dev!

@red.. thats the biggest concern for him. Vidhi just name makes him do things he cant think doing for others and thats indeed confusing Vidhi.. and he cant help he has to come out about his feelings.. nahi to jitna supres karega wo utna ubal marengi uske andar ❤️ but humare liye acha hai aise angsty scene milenege aur ❤️

Hmm quite possible! I don't mind jab tak baaki sab logical dikhaye. Dev ka monologue na dikhaye toh bhi I can digest. Iqbal ki acting itni solid hai ki I can anticipate his feelings from his expressions. But what's the logic of Vidhi saying "aap jaante hain mere mann mein kya hai". How did she know that he knows? Ya pyaar mein itni pagal ho gayi ki bas assume kar liya. Abhi toh 2 episode pehle bol rahi thi NRI waale coffee date par, "pata nahi unhe pata hai ya nahin, kya sochte Hain woh mere baare mein, sochte bhi hain ya nahin".

I really found it embarrassing.

Yaar why are Vidhi's parents haath dokhe peeche Dev? Man didn't know what to tell Vimla. He literally scratched his head.

Anyway looks like lot has happened after that. Will be back later.

Btw Sangeeta lurking in the bg was so us. .. the audience. Ki this lady is asking the man vidhi loves to convince her of accepting another guys rishta 😆

ok ill tell you from a 21 yo girls perspective what all she said in the coffee date.. it was her way of dropping hints abt her intentions..

a 21 yo can never be as daring n fearless to go all out and say

"Sir i love you..and you have to decide ke aapko kya karna hai"

she has her apprehensions abt this love, fear of losing him, fear of him telling her parents and that wouldn't let her come to office again, fear of not able to have him around.. so she CAN NEVER be straight with her words.. she can only drop hints (remember she is just 21) in hope he picks up and until he picks and says it.. she ill keep on nudging him that i dropped some hints.

so here she referred the coffee date and she wasnt wrong either Dev had caught it all long back and her gut feeling is what keeps her going for pursuing Dev... so she is behaving like a typical 21 yo...

iqbal and his acting is all i need to know/understand Dev as character.. i really dont need words but the issue here is we arent even getting enough of his self searching moments.. when he said "ya kuch aur hai" that moment needed more frames there but they cut.. and its so harsh to see his acting being underutilized that i want to pull my hair out....

we need more time with Dev, with his worries, his doubts, his apprehensions, his concerns, his fear, his love.. just with him and his emotions.. but director is not giving us enough.. thats bad director for me.

I was referring to the coffee date with NRI ladka two episodes back where she says about Dev ki she doesn't know what he feels about her and in her imagination Dev teases her ki iske samne nahin bol pa rahi ho, mere samne kya bologi. "You are terrible Ms.Vidhi". Woh wala scene I was referring to.

But wahan pe toh she unintentionally said "bilkul aap ki tarah", not intentionally and later she was guilty also in front of Milapini Devi ki "kya nikal gaya mere munh se. Kya soch rahe honge sir." Then Dev pretended to be normal around her. So, it doesn't seem plausible ki she knows so confidently ki Dev knows about her feelings.

Suspecting he knows is one thing but this girl is full on confident ki aap toh jaante hain.

Absolutely agreed! Kuch locha hai inka Dev ke scenes edit karne mein. Ya inko baaki drama pe focus karne ki jaldi rehti hai.

we are not looking for plausible ways how she knows or not.. she is sure she has dropped hints and she is hoping he picks and she still guessing he has picked... and she is trying to be confident that look i know you have caught it so come out.

thats how a person in a complicated situation behaves.. they tell other person that i know you know... so you have to blurt that you know cause i have my eyes on you... its reverse psychology...

how parents at home catches the child who has actually stolen the candy but not sure if can confess.. so parents give them a chance ke dekho bata do agar churayi hai.. hum kuch nahi kahenge (wo baat alag hai batane ke baad jo dhulayi hoti hai uska koi comparison nahi hai)

and the person who is emotionally more invested eventually gives in and blurts..... Dev is clearly invested in her and all his ways of treating are signs for her catch and she had done a good job so now she is just asking him to be clear what he feels.

though the only thing is she is not thinking the long term issues (21 yo) which Dev is clearly seeing.. so he should tell her and discuss it further rather beating around the bush.
