Gautam will be bajaoed by everyone in his captaincy, he knows his win wasn't a clear win, and he has the habit of trying to sound fair/samjhdaar.

If he can isolate himself from his gang when taking any decision as a captain then he can be fine..and also give people some breathing space instead of micromanaging everything. Delegate duties and then back off unless matters are out of control.. not be like roti banane ko bola fir khade hoke dekh rahe hai roti kitni gol bani. But I doubt he can distance himself from his gang.. they'l be like we made you captain blah blah especially Nimrit and Shaleen..
