Infact, Sonali is living with them and Nick cares for her. If it is an act to expose her, the track is palatable. And Pallavi suddenly realising Sonali is playing games is also not organic. Makers should have shown Pallavi realising Nick's faithfulness and not leave it to viewers' assumptions.
Moreover, Nikvi's scenes are delightful but still senseless to some extent. They are behaving as if nothing ever went wrong between them, especially when misunderstandings are not yet cleared. Then the very next moment they argue or develop more misunderstandings.
Show is about that broken family and how they will deal with it. An estranged couple yes but rediscovering love not really, I mean remember one of their interview woh log khud nahin pata tah khe ek honge khe nahin but as viewers we saw that they love is unfinished. Rahin baat MUs khi toh yes they are needed to be clear but Sonali khe bina yeh impossible tah but the way they're turning thing is annoying and bit confusing because clear nahin hai.
Act of exposure with them showing a famous chef and businessman as an idiot no, but maybe aage if they give him his smartness back. But his concern is justified by Sonali's lies and we can't blame him. The only thing mad about this situation is taht he doesn't care much about Pallu's words and emotions. Sahi bola Pallavi ne khe he sees Sonali's taklifen not hers.
I desagree on the fact that Pallavi kha reaction on Sona is not organic, because pehle se she knows that she is back for a reason and joh kuch bhi ho raha hai and her turning around Nick are obvious.
I totally agree with you on Nikvi sometime I think what's the hell is going on. Ek minute main ladai aur dusri minute they are talking like nothing happen. Yes we are happy about beautiful scenes and their chemistry but this have to stop, sit and try to understand the other pov. (But this can happen only if they do make Nikhil's character expressive because Pallavi jagra tah hai lakin poori tara se, she takes everythings out but Nikhil sunte nahin hai he is blind, iss track mein bass Sona Sona karti jah rahi hai and he expect Pallu to handle the family by her own)
You're absolutely right. There was so much scope for this show to be a lot more logical and better than it is now.
These romantic feelings definitely feel a little out of place considering that their misunderstandings have not even been addressed properly, leave alone them being cleared. It is not even that they have mutually decided to let bygones by bygones and give their relationship a brand new lease of life. It makes absolutely no sense that Pallavi is being more vocal about her feelings because firstly, she is the one that's deeply haunted by the past. She absolutely hated Nikhil for cheating her and breaking her trust. But now she's defending and trying to protect him like nothing's happened between them.
Even if they've come together for Nikhil's mother, they should've ideally used it as an opportunity to work on helping their kids. But no, they're themselves behaving like teenagers who just fell in love. It is not organic for 40-45 year old parents to ignore their kids' challenges.
Current projection of NikVi is not that of ideal parents but of parent pleasing children. They're putting up a facade for Dadi and have almost forgotten to deal with their own kids. For the kind of mother that Pallavi was shown as, she should ideally be dealing with Manna-Ishaan-Barkha, Gagan's job and accident, and also Badal finding out about Sonali. She chose to just ignore everything.
IKNMP was a good show- despite its flaws, it never felt extremely out of place. They were parents who understood what their kids were going through and always came together to solve problems. Their misunderstandings were cleared much before they chose to stay together, so any gesture or moment felt genuine.
Rajashree and Cezanne are such wonderful actors with a sizzling chemistry, yet they're being underutilized. These few scenes were definitely a treat for us fans to watch, but we're here first for the story. They cannot dilly dally around like this and leave the rest up to our imagination. If there's an imminent separation, they should work on the characters before getting them back together and ending the show.
I agree with you but problem yeh hai khe usko nahi pata Manna Ishaan and Barkha khe bare mein the only thing is that she tried to talk about it with Barkha last time but ladki ne kuch nahin share khi.
But she should've noticed that there is a lil gap between her daughters and work on what the issue is, my opinion. Remember when she said to Barkha that do you want me to call Manna like that you two can talk and she reacted like why her? That's it. And then she said that I'm not going to allow this situation of me and Sona repeat on my daughters CONFUSING did she notice something or not??
GG khe accident bhi nahin pata usse but this should come out, toh one side she will be happy that Nick ne bache khe deyan rakha but in the other side she'll be mad cause he did not tell her and ended coming home with Sonali.
Badal khe bare main I will say this that she doesn't want truth to be known but she should have investigated khe Masi kahan mila tujhe.
Bass yeh kahungi khe Pallavi is dealing with her feeling but should be shown dealing with with all her family member too. Actually sab uski upar hai.

Even in yesterday and day before yesterday's episodes, when Pallavi told him about how she felt when he returned from Faridabad, they could've spoken about how they're feeling for each other. Baat karne ke baad woh aisa flirt karta toh sensible rehti. Randomly Pallavi jealous hogayi aur usne mann ko behladene wale baath karke, brownie khilake, haath pe kiss kar liya. 😅
Pallavi usse naaraz Faridabad ki jhoot ke wajah se thi, par woh bhool gayi aur Sonali se jalne lagi. Matlab kuch bhi? 🤣
