Are astrology, numerology etc real?

Are astrology, numerology, tarot, Feng shui, Vastu etc real? Are they accurate, or have any real life effect or is it all sham, making fool of people or giving them false hopes or keeping them in fear, fleecing money and taking advantage of gullible or desperate people?

Does person's own free will or work not matter? Quality of behaviour and effort are not more important and only that will happen what is destined? And person cannot do anything to defy horoscope?

Do 'remedies' indeed help or change things?

Astrology, numerology, tarot card reading, feng shui and vastu shastra are unscientific. Nothing wrong in looking for patterns, directional alignments or symmetry but any predictions based on flawed models and fallacious assumptions are at best coincidental.

Freewill is a very complicated concept. We don't know if we live in a deterministic universe or a probabilistic universe. At the "classical" level, we live in a block universe which is deterministic where the universe exists all at once (translating to no freewill) whereas at the "quantum" level, we live in a probabilistic universe where Heisenberg's uncertainty rules and only an "observer" can collapse the "wave" in order to give birth to the notion of "reality" (translating to freewill).
