I agree because ITV believes in stretching a story beyond the actual social cause.

OTT allows the story to be told in a denser format and not have it be stretched to family squabbles, 3rd angles, death tracks, etc.

I would also add someone heating up fish in a microwave in an office. The smell that it leaves behind is awful 🤢
