Everything depends on what Writers have planned but Adi has never been deceptive till now. That's not his character trait. Something might push him towards it in upcoming track bit till now I don't think he is.

I don't think Adi is faking his emotions, it's either

Amber's emotional manipulation is A- level, he either have manipulated Adi against Ginni maybe by using GKR.

Or it can be Ginni's POV where she sees Adi as a bad person, responsible for her miseries, she might even think that he faked all love and care to take over dhaba due to a timely and believable misunderstanding.

I'll take second one anyday over Adi betraying Ginni 💔
