I never understood why people make big deal about parties or weddings or anyone invited or not and make it prestige issue if they are not invited.

You need not base your worth on anyone inviting you or not. Neither are you entitled to be invited by everyone.

For years there was grouse by people who were pissed at not being invited to Abhi and Ash wedding as well.

It is totally people's own personal decision if they want to get married in a huge, public ceremony or want to keep it private, intimate with few close people and family around.

Why take offense if someone does not invite you and you are not their close family member either?

Why get pissed even if people do no fanfare or big ceremonies?

Karan really needs to mind his own business and look after his kids. He seems to be a lonely attention seeker. Wanting to be invited to all weddings or being self styled god parent of star kids show he craves attention and is perhaps lonely or lacks any satisfaction and connections in own life or perhaps has low self esteem and seeks validation from others to get self importance.

Totally choice of Vicky and Kat to decide who they invite at wedding or not. They had tight security anyway and kept everyone away. They wanted a private affair and had right to have it their way.

Stop judging them and also stop feeling bad or good about yourself depending on whether people invite you or not.
