People making all kind of excuses these days when a movie underperforms. LSC was boycott, 83 was covid and now for this it's national cinema day. Let's be real, the reason why it didn't open big was because the interest wasn't there. And now, it's jumping because of good WOM.

South India comprises of 5 different Independent states- Andhra Pradesh, Telengana, Tamilnadu, Kerala & Karnataka. PS happens to be a hardcore Tamil novel based on the real History about the Cholas and the Pandyas which every single Indian read about in their History lessons during the school. I did my schooling in ICSE and we had it covered extensively in our history lessons. But otherwise except the Tamilians the rest of the South Indians are just as oblivious of PS as the rest of the India. Not sure where your friend comes from but for Hindus in South India Bhagawadhgeetha ,Ramayana and Mahabharata are the most revered books. Hope that helps!

There's been a big jump for today's advance collections. Stands at more than 5cr for now. Fingers crossed! 🤞

Watched VV yesterday in a semi filled gold class theatre. Wasn’t expecting much crowd as the theatre is super expensive , it was located in ongoing F1 zone and also coz movie opened Low. Happy to see to atleast half of the theatre was occupied. Ladies joking finishing their fast with Hrithik and Saif lol.

Coming to movie, it was an interesting watch. Don’t like action movies but was just curious to see Hrithik as I absolutely gawked on him in the War movie. The movie is good and pacing is fine. Songs are boring.

The movie is solely on Hrithik n Saif’s characters, every one else is just a filler to their stories. Love the concept of intrigue created by Vedda’s stories and Saif trying to figure out the happenings. Though Saif figuring out things were a tad bit easier which for me didn’t do much good to the build up. Over all the movie is interesting watch with few glitches of predictable sequence. Personally didn’t like the ending, but it worked for 3 out of 5 ppl I went with.

Will rate it as 3/5 as I don’t love action much. But Hrithik n Saif were ❤️
